WEAR YOUR CLOTHES WELL
 

Your appearance can have a big impact on how you feel. Understanding clothes, hairstyles and make-up that suits you can help you gain confidence. Clothes also have an important role to play in preventing weight creep that can develop as you age. This is when our weight slowly increases from year to year and we buy bigger sized clothing to accommodate this. We may then forget how we allowed ourselves to increase in size and may forget that it was lots of little clothes purchases over time. Weight creep does not have to happen and there are things we can do to prevent this.

 

Become a Warrior to rethink your wardrobe, learn how to wear clothes that suit you and help you feel and look good. You can attend workshops to help you do this. Your clothes can reflect the healthy person you are becoming and develop some strategies to reduce weight creep.
