HYDRATE
It is important for your health that you are appropriately hydrated by drinking the right amount of fluid. What this means is that we have enough fluid for our cells, to have blood in our blood vessels, to flush our kidneys and to moisturise our skin, eyes, mouth and nose, just to name a few. To do this you need to drink enough water each day. Water is healthiest drunk as plain water if it is safe to do this where you live. Other sources could be herbal teas, food like soups or bottled water if your drinking water is not safe to drink.
Become a Warrior to assess the level of water that you drink and to know how to tell whether this is a sufficient amount. Think about new habits around keeping your body hydrated. Some people may have certain medical conditions that can limit the amount of water they can safely drink so if you are unsure, talk to your healthcare provider about this.
